The validation proceedings are pending. This Court vide order dated 01st August, 2014 had protected the interest of the petitioner. Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the Committee states that, it would take one year to decide the validation proceedings.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order.

The respondent/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings within one (1) years from today. The petitioner shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. B.

The petitioner is already given admission to medical course. The petitioner is allowed to prosecute further studies and would not be refrained from prosecuting further studies and appearing for examination only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

C.
