The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the appointment of petitioners are approved on grant-in-aid posts. The Education Officer (Primary) has also forwarded the proposal to the Deputy Director of Education (Primary) on 01.03.2018 recommending to place petitioners on Shalarth Pranali for payment of salary. The decision is not taken by the Deputy Director of Education (Primary).

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case, proposal/recommendation of the Education Officer (Primary) is pending with respondent no.2 (Page No.18) for placing names of

Further process be implemented according to the decision of the Deputy Director of Education (Primary).
