The learned Advocate for Petitioners has produced on record Circular dated 15.09.2025 based on the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8009/2021 dated 02.08.2022. By way of this Circular, it is now decided to extend benefits of pay scale to the persons who are given the benefit of second time bound promotion. The parties also rely upon order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8319/2016 dated 17.11.2025, wherein, this Court, based on the judgment in case of Chandravadan Laxmichand Gujrathi vs. The State of Maharashtra and another, in Writ Petition No. 10012/2014, directed to decide the representation of the Petitioner therein. In the

- 2 - wp8743.21.odt present Petition, the Petitioners have filed representation dated 22.01.2021 (Exhibit J).

Considering above, this Petition can be disposed off conveniently by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation dated 22.01.2021 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Needless to say that while deciding the representation, Circular dated 15.09.2025 shall be considered and to pay the arrears, if the Petitioners are found eligible, as early as possible.
