The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that attempts were made for executing the order of the District Magistrate passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. However, some reason or the other, including absence of police protection the possession could not be delivered, the matter is now listed/slotted for execution of the order on 09.12.2024. 1/2

The learned advocate for the petitioner admits the fact situation and submits that a request has already been made to police for providing protection and fullest cooperation would be extended.

In light of above, the writ petitions are disposed without seeking any further compliance report.
