The petitioners seek directions to fill in the vacant posts in the office of the Regional Transport Office, Beed. It is submitted that, the petitioners had made representation to the Hon'ble Chief Minister.

In fact, petitioners may move appropriate Secretariate of the Department to bring on record the position. Thereafter, it is for the Department to take effective steps in accordance with law and considering the work posts available, so also policy with regard to the recruitment.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
