Heard Mr. S.G. Jadhavar, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner.

He would raise the grievance that although petitioner has filed objection to lay down pipeline from his field, without hearing petitioner matter is kept for order. However, he admits that no order is passed till today, but petitioner apprehends that final order under Section 49 of M.L.R. Code would be passed ignoring his objection.

929_WP_6922_2024 In that view of the matter, petition appears to be premature. This Court cannot entertain petition only on the basis of petitioner's apprehension. Petitioner is at liberty to take steps as permissible under law and put up his stand before the concern authorities. With this observation, writ petition stands dismissed. ( S.G.
