At the outset, the learned counsel for applicants seeks leave to correct the serial numbers of the applicants in the cause title. Leave granted. The corrections be carried out forthwith. This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2 in the appeal namely Devram Baburao Chaudhari. Devram died on 9th April, 2020. Applicant Nos.2A to 2D are the only heirs of deceased Devram. Since the first appeal is already disposed of, the application stands allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the title clause of the disposed appeal and the applications, if any.
