Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 resile to a situation wherein elections to the post for which the petitioner has contested may be declared, which had been prohibited under an interim order passed by this court. 2.

Having regard to that the parties have conceded to the above, results of the elections of the post to which the petitioner has contested elections be declared with liberty to respondent No.5 to take up appropriate proceedings, including an election petition, if the petitioner is declared elected and if he chooses.

With this, nothing remains further to be decided in the writ petition. As such, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
