Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicant No.3/appellant No.3 expired during Covid period and the Hon'ble Apex Court suspended period of limitation till 28.2.2022 in Miscellaneous Application No. 665 of 2021 in SMW(C) No. 3 of 2020. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 has not objected the application, as considering the period excluded by the Apex Court, this application is within limitation. Hence, the following order:-

Civil application stands allowed.

Legal heirs of appellant No.3 are permitted to be brought on record.

Necessary amendment to the clause title of second appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today. IV.

Learned counsel for the applicants has filed Vaklatnama on behalf of the said legal representatives.
