1) Heard learned counsel for the applicants. He argued for suspension of substantive sentence. This Court has seen the judgments and orders of both the trial Court and the appellate Court. The applicants are convicted and sentenced for offence punishable under sections 306, 451 etc of the Indian Penal Code. Maximum sentence of

2 Cr Application 3719/2015 imprisonment of 5 years was given by the trial. The appeal of the present applicants is dismissed. Statement is made by the learned counsel that entire fine amount has been deposited. It appears that after dismissal of the appeal, the applicants were taken in custody. They were on bail throughout.

2) In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended and the applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15000/- by each of them. The application is disposed of.
