The Petitioner has been transferred to the Zilla Parishad Primary School at Bhabhultel, Taluka Vaijapur, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, in 2018. He has undergone a Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, in 2024. He has been advised light duty vide the certificate issued by the Hospital, which performed the Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery and which certificate has been ratified by the District Civil Surgeon. He

7305.24wp (2) prays for a change in the posting in the light of the Government Resolutions, dated 07/04/2021 and 21/06/2023. 2.

In view of the above, if the Petitioner makes an application under any of the provisions of the aforesaid two Government Resolutions by following the due procedure laid down in law, his case may be considered on sympathetic ground in view of he having undergone a Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
