The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the Applicants, submits that certain documents set out in the Civil Application are sought to be placed on record in Writ Petition No.260/2014. Shri Shelke, learned Advocate for the Respondent, has no objection subject to the liberty to file an additional affidavit in response to the documents being placed on record.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The Respondent/ Non Applicant is permitted to file an additional affidavit in relation to the documents produced, if so desired.
