Prima facie, the petition appears to be premature. There is nothing on record to substantiate the start of promotional process as apprehended by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is pending before the Grievance Committee. It is submitted that, the same is not decided.

In case, the petitioner can lay his hands on documents showing that the promotional process has been undertaken and the petitioner is not considered, then the petitioner may agitate afresh.
