The Petitioner, who is a Clerk in the K.S.T. Urdu High School, Nashirabad, Tq. and Dist. Jalgaon, had initiated a complaint about the irregularities caused in granting salary grants to the said School, on the ground of natural progression. He has prayed for cancellation of the excess grant granted to the said School.

Based on his complaints, Respondent No.3/Deputy Director of Education Nashik Division, Nashik, addressed

7235.24wp (2) Respondent No.1/Secretary of School Education and Sports Department, Mumbai, vide communication, dated 27/09/2023 and recommended the issuance of orders on the complaint filed by the Petitioner. Since Respondent No.1 has still not acted on the said communication, he made a representation, dated 07/12/2023, requesting Respondent No.1 to initiate some steps in view of the communication dated 27/09/2023, by Respondent No.3. 3.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.1, to consider the report of Respondent No.3, and by following the due procedure laid down, initiate steps in accordance thereto, only if he has jurisdiction to do so.
