Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is permitted to deposit the interim maintenance amount in the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner before the next date fixed for hearing by the learned C.J.S.D. Sangamner in HMP No. 232 of 2016.

If the entire amount of interim maintenance is deposited by the petitioner, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner may pass appropriate order permitting the petitioner to cross examine the respondent wife.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
