The learned Advocates for the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have tendered minutes of order dated 20.02.2024 stating therein that the parties have arrived at an understanding, which is set out in the minutes of the order. The said minutes are signed by learned Advocates and it is prayed that this Petition may be disposed off in terms of the said minutes. 2.

The minutes of the order dated 20.02.2024 with the original signatures of the learned Advocates as well as the Petitioner, is taken on record and marked

The contents of 'X' shall be a part of this order and hence is reproduced as under: There is no dispute about the appointment of the petitioner as the regional officer. The petitioner is retired on 31/03/2011 on his superannuation. He has been granted continuity of service and he has been granted all retirement benefits as he was faced two Criminal cases, wherein he has been acquitted. The respondent corporation is ready to pay the monetary benefit of his two time bound promotion so also payment of provident fund the petitioner will not claim the interest on the amount. The petitioner is ready to waive penal interest on the amount of provident fund/outstanding.

The respondent authority will undertake the process of calculating and paying the all monetary benefits herewith will complete it and credit it within 8 weeks 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed off in terms of the minutes of the order, reproduced above.
