s proposal is pending with respondent no.2, since March, 2023. Now he is aspiring to undertake further education having completed HSC and having appeared for NEET-2023, he is seeking early decision by the respondent no.2/Committee.

One can easily appreciate the anxiety being entertained by the petitioner, however simultaneously we cannot ignore the fact that even
