The applicant has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR bearing Crime No. 213 of 2019, for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 408, 420, 465, 467, 468, 120(B) of the IPC, registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, District - Aurangabad.

The learned APP objects to the maintainability of the present application on the ground that the applicant had earlier approached this Court on two occasions seeking anticipatory bail. The first application (ABA No. 1631 of 2019) was withdrawn on 11.02.2020, as this Court was not inclined to grant relief. The second application (ABA No. 1613 of 2022) came to be dismissed for non-prosecution on 16.06.2023.

There is no reason to entertain a fresh anticipatory bail application, particularly when the charge-sheet has already been filed before the learned Trial Court.
