Learned advocate for the petitioners in both these petitions, submits that the petitioners desire to initiate appropriate proceedings before an appropriate Court for challenging the proclamation dated 03/05/2017, issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Jalgaon, under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

Considering the statement made as above, both these petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law. The contentions of all
