Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant- Acquiring Body and learned AGP for the State of Maharashtra as well as learned counsel for respondent/s-original claimant/s. Perused the applications. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant- Acquiring Body submits that decreetal amount has already been deposited in the appeals and respondents-original claimants permitted to withdraw the same on certain terms and conditions. In such circumstances, he prayed for suitable order.

In view of submission on behalf of applicant- Acquiring Body, there is no propriety to grant stay to the execution and implementation of impugned Judgment and Award passed by learned Reference Court. Hence, applications for stay stand disposed of accordingly. No order as to the costs.
