ORAL ORDER :

Both the sides are present. learned counsel for management makes a statement that he has information and instructions to inform this Court that the management is making arrangement for making the payment to the petitioner of the period mentioned in the order dated 18.4.2018. He submits that, the management wants period of eight weeks and within eight weeks the management will make the payment to the petitioner. The petitioner's counsel has accepted this statement

C.P. No.402/2015 and submits that, at present, in view of the statement for management, he is not pressing the present proceedings and if payment is not made as per the undertaking/ statement, liberty be given to come to this Court again for contempt. The statement is accepted. With liberty to the petitioner, the contempt petition is disposed of. Other connected matters are to be listed separately before the regular Court on 25th June 2018.
