CORAM : V.M.DESHPANDE, J.
DATED : 5 th January, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
2] By the present Revision, the State is questioning the correctness of the order, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-6, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No. 183 of 2009, by which the learned Additional Sessions Judge was pleased to allow the Criminal Appeal filed on behalf of the present respondent.
3] I have gone through the impugned judgment in detail. It is not in dispute that the respondent has already deposited license fee of Rs.1,000/- in the
crra15.12 Government Treasury.
4] The view taken by the learned Additional Sessions Judge appears to be in conformity with the facts of the case. No fault can be located in the impugned order. Hence, the Criminal Revision is dismissed.
