Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. He submits that the applicant Malati has no bank account with the name of her husband. After the marriage, her name was not changed in the official gazette. Hence, she could not withdraw the amount of Rs.60,000/- as per the Court's order dated 05.03.2024. She is ready to furnish an affidavit that Malati d/o. Rohidas Pawar is the same woman married to Sagar Thorat and her name is Malati w/o. Sagar Thorat.

On furnishing the affidavit, the office is directed to permit the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.60,000/- as per the Court's order dated 05.03.2024.
