2] Perused the pleadings in the petition, annexures thereto, reply filed by the respondents and the documents showing payment of pension being paid to the petitioner's mother.

3] Upon careful perusal of the material placed on record, in our opinion, the case of the petitioner

2 23-wp11830-14.odt does not fit in the guidelines and in particular, Guideline Number 7(c) of the Bombay High Court Revised Guidelines for Appointment on Compassionate Ground, 2007.

4] In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition stands dismissed.
