Learned A.P.P. waives notices notice for the respondent-State.

The present applicant has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur vide judgment and order dated 26/03/2015 passed in Sessions Case No. 39 of 2013 for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer

2 Cr. Appln. 3726/2015 rigorous imprisonment for four years and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default to undergo further rigorous imprisonment for two months.

The record would show that the present applicant is behind the bar since 08/12/2012 i.e. for a period of more than two years and seven months. Considering all the facts on record, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. Fine amount is already deposited. The applicant be released on bail upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
