There is lethargy on the part of the petitioner in submitting the proposal for verification of the caste claim with the Respondent / Committee. It is only on 22-07-2021 the petitioner submitted the proposal for verification of the caste claim. The petitioner was aware that he is intending to take admission in the professional course. Now, at the eleventh hour he is seeking direction against the Committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner by end of September, 2021.
