The grievance of the petitioner is that the amount settled in Lok Adalat is not deposited. Mr Surwase, learned Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the demand is made for the said amount. 2.

It is almost eight years, the matter is settled in Lok Adalat, the amount is not deposited. Such a conduct is required to be deprecated. Even, admitted amount is not deposited by the respondents.

The respondents shall pay the amount as per the award agreed within three months from today.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
