ORDER :

We have perused the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2017 when the learned Counsel Shri Mukul Kulkarni had stated that the appellant Bhaskar Shankar Wagh was not in touch with him. This Court had, therefore, appointed learned Counsel Shri Govind Kulkarni to represent Bhaskar Shankar Wagh.

By the present application, the learned Counsel Shri Mukul Kulkarni submits that Bhaskar Wagh desires that he should continue to represent him and he further submits

(2) Cri.Appln-1908.2020.odt that he would be happy in taking assistance of the learned Counsel Shri Govind Kulkarni in this matter. Shri Govind Kulkarni is agreeable.
