The learned APP appearing for the respondents / State, on instructions of respondent No.2, makes a statement that Appeal No.41/2015 filed by the petitioner, taking exception to the order of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Parbhani dated 8.4.2015, will be decided within four weeks from today. The statement is accepted.
