This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 3.

Deceased died on 1st May, 2006 which can be seen from the photo copy of death certifcate fled along with the application. It is the contention of applicants that immediately after they got the knowledge about death of deceased respondent No. 3, the present application is fled and thus it is a ft case to condone delay in bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent on record.

Learned counsel for legal heirs of deceased respondent has no objection for allowing the application. 4.
