Mr Ingale, learned counsel points out that the Reference Court has dismissed the Reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 on the ground of limitation. It is an appeal of 2010 and it needs to be heard expeditiously. 4.

Mr S.G. Sangle, learned AGP for the State/Respondent No.1 responded positively and agreed to work out the appeal finally. 5.

List the First Appeal No. 1692/2010 under the category of final hearing on 11.04.2022.
