It is submitted that the first appeal is already admitted. The learned counsel for the insurance company opposed the application for withdrawal of the amount. Considering the award passed, I pass following order.

O R DE R i.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- on submitting undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicant is required to deposit the amount, he will deposit the same within one month.

ii.

The applicant is further allowed to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- on submitting solvent surety/security for the like amount. iii.

Remaining amount would be kept in fixed deposit in the nationalized bank.

iv.

Civil application is disposed of.
