The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is a student. He was not fully aware about filing of Criminal Writ Petition No.831 of 2015 seeking same reliefs which are sought in Criminal Application No.3728

cra3728.15 of 2015, therefore said Application was filed by the Applicant. However, on instructions of the Applicant, who is present in this Court, the counsel seeks permission to withdraw this Application with liberty to prosecute Criminal Writ Petition No.831 of 2015.

The Applicant is present before this Court. He volunteers that he wish to withdraw the Criminal Application No.3728 of 2015 and prosecute Criminal Writ Petition No.831 of 2015.

In the circumstances, Criminal Application No.3728 of 2015 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to prosecute the Criminal Writ Petition No.831 of 2015.
