The challenge is on the ground of grant of interest from the date of notification. The quantum has also been under challenge. 4.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount in deposit with this Court. 50% on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 20% on furnishing solvent security. 5.

The civil application is disposed of.
