1] The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that the present Writ Petition is filed against the interim orders passed by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Aurangabad in Regular Civil Suit No.155 of 2007 and the said civil suit is already disposed of. The learned counsel for the respondent further submits that the loan of the Bank is also closed and the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2] In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
