Learned A.G.P. for the respondents objected withdrawal of the amount on the ground that the compensation amount awarded by the Tribunal is exorbitant.

Perused the Award. Considering the reasons assigned for enhancement, it is desirable to allow withdrawal of 50 % amount out of the deposited amount. Hence, the order. 3.

Civil Application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 % amount out of the deposited compensation amount, subject to filing of written undertaking in the Court within four four weeks from today. 5.

Registrar (Judicial) to take necessary steps in this regard.
