Present Civil Application along with the First Appeal has been filed by the original claimant for enhancement in the compensation. The claimant with his Advocate Mr. Deshmukh and insurance company's Advocate to whom authority has been given, i.e. Mr. Basarkar is present. Learned Advocate Mr. Basarkar has tendered authority letter issued by the insurance company, which is taken on record. The insurance company has compromised the matter and agreed to give additional amount of Rs.50,000/- to the claimant towards the full and
ca13418.16 final settlement. Compromise pursis is taken on record and marked at Exhibit-A. The claimant agrees the terms of compromise. 2.
Under such circumstance, the First Appeal along with application for condonation of delay stand disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit-A.

The award be drawn up in terms of the compromise Exhibit-A. 4.
The insurance company agrees that the amount as agreed i.e. Rs.50,000/- would be deposited before the Tribunal within 45 days from today.

After the amount is deposited before the Tribunal, the appellant - original claimant is allowed to withdraw the said amount. 6.
