PER COURT :- The facts giving rise to the instant petition are exactly similar to the facts of the disposed matter being writ Petition No.8006/2014 presented by V.D. Bardar versus State of Maharashtra & others. For the reasons recorded while disposing of the aforesaid writ petition, this petition also deserves to be disposed of with a direction to respondent to deposit enhanced amount of compensation in accordance with the decision of the Reference Court, in the execution proceeding, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

On deposit of the amount, the same shall be disbursed to the decree holders.

The writ petition is disposed of.
