Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.1 Dadasaheb Shridhar Bhusari has not filed application for bail after receipt of the report of handwriting expert. The applicant No.1 Dadasaheb however, was granted temporary bail on health ground. However, the said term of temporary bail was over and he is now in jail. Learned counsel submits that applicant No.2 Sachin Shridhar Bhusari had filed an application for regular bail and pending the said application, he had filed application for temporary bail in view of the outbreak of COVID-19. However, his application seeking regular bail is still pending before the Sessions Court. Learned counsel submits that applicant No.2 would pursue the said application pending before the Sessions Court.

Learned counsel for the applicants, thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty (i) to applicant No.1 to

ba1287.20 -2file an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court on the change in circumstances of receipt of report of handwriting expert and (ii) to applicant No.2 to pursue his application filed for regular bail before the Sessions Court which is still pending. 3.
