Learned APP points out that, the sanctioning authority has refused to accord sanction in this case, and, therefore, no further steps can be taken by the Investigating Agency. He placed copy of the order on record. Copy is also given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. He seeks liberty to fle appropriate petition challenging the order refusing sanction if permissible in law.
