There is delay of 1092 days in filing cross-objections in one matter and 1128 days in another matter.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks condonation of delay for the reasons stated in the application.

It is further pointed out that co-ordinate benches in similarly situated matters condoned the delay and the interest for the delayed period was waived.

Learned counsel for the acquiring body would oppose the applications.

As in similarly situated matters, delay was condoned by waiving of interest for the period of delay, I propose to follow the same course.

Learned counsel for the applicants is ready to waive interest for the delayed period.

For the reasons stated in the applications, I find no mala-fides on part of applicants. It is desirable to condone the delay. 8.
