Learned AGP, on instructions submits that rental compensation amount is available with the Sub-Divisional Officer, however, the petitioner has not approached for claiming the said amount. She has placed on record copy of communication dated 21.03.2024 addressed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. The same is marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The petitioner shall approach the Sub-Divisional Officer and claim the rental compensation. With the above directions, contempt petition is disposed of.
