Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since 2017. The petitioner is exploring the possibility of seeking admission in the 2nd year of engineering course. The committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding within a period of two weeks.

Considering the above, we pass the following order: 4.

The committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by 20.11.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 29.10.2020.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
