Registry has placed the present matter for extension of time pursuant to the communication dated 01.09.2023 received from the District Judge and A.S.J. Nilanga, Dist. Latur seeking extension of time of nine months to dispose the Sessions Case No.16/2021.

By order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Bail Application No1450/2021 with Bail Application No.1450/2021 this Court (Coram: M. G. Sewlikar, J.) had directed the Trial Court to conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.16/2021, within a period of one year.

For the reason which is stated in the communication dated 01.09.2023, the application for extension of time is allowed. Time to conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.16/2021 is extended for a further period of six months from the date of the present order.

It is further clarified that, no further request for extension of time shall be entertained.
