This is an application for withdrawal of amount of maintenance. It is stated that, earlier an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- was deposited before this Court. Today the respondent is going to deposit an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw half of the deposited amount by the revisionapplicant/respondent. 4.
