The learned counsel for the applicants brought to my notice the order passed by this Court on 02.05.2019. It is submitted that present three applications were remained to be filed. A request is made to pass similar order as has been passed in the companion matters on 02.05.2019. The

912-CA-8524-2019 withdrawal.odt (2) learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not have any objection for passing such order. Hence, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) Applications are allowed.

ii) The applicants in respective applications are allowed to withdraw the amount subject to outcome of respective petitions on each of them furnishing solvent surety to the extent of amount to be withdrawn as well as filing of written undertaking to the effect that in the event the petitions are allowed and the applicants are required to redeposit the amount, they shall deposit the same within eight weeks from the date of such order.

iii) The civil applications are disposed in above terms. iv) List the petitions for further consideration on 20.08.2019 along with pending petitions.
