We have heard Mr. Tope, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that as the petitioner was not possessing the necessary required documents, the vehicle was seized by the R.T.O. He further submits that the vehicle would be released in favour of the petitioner, if the petitioner produces all the documents required under the law before the respondent No. 4.

The respondent No. 4 shall verify the documents in respect of the vehicle of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of submission of the documents and pass necessary Order for release of vehicle or otherwise on it's own merit.

As far as the amount of penalty is concerned, the petitioner has alternate remedy. The petitioner may avail the same.

05.

The writ petition is disposed of.
