The learned Advocate for the petitioner conceded that there is a statutory remedy by approaching the Block Development Officer and then by filing a revision petition before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

Issue is as regards the termination of service of the petitioner, a Computer Operator by the employer.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority in accordance with the provisions of Law.
