(Order) (2) F.A. No. 694 of 2008 the judgment delivered by this Court (Coram : Sunil K. Kotwal, J.) on 07th June 2019. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the appellants, that in the judgment at some places, reference to the impugned judgment and award has been wrongly typed as M.A.C.P. No.259/2003, when it should be M.A.C.P. No. 249/2003. Record was called and it shows that the impugned judgment was under M.A.C.P. No.249/2003. Since it is only a typographical mistake, that is required to be corrected.

Hence, the following order :- In the judgment delivered on 07th June 2019, instead of 'M.A.C.P. No.259/2003' occurring in paragraph 01, paragraph 22 and sub-para 'i' of paragraph 22, it shall be corrected and read as "M.A.C.P. No. 249/2003".

Motion is disposed of accordingly.
