This is an application which in terms seeks modification of the order dated 29.10.2021 in Civil Application No. 2790/2021. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant points out that multiple orders regarding payment of maintenance have been passed and the order directing the applicant-husband to deposit all the arrears may be modified or clarified to the effect that the wife would be entitled to claim maintenance collectively and not individually in respect of each proceeding. 3.

We are afraid, it is on a specific statement by the learned advocate before this Court that the order was passed directing him to deposit the entire arrears within six months and to pay the monthly maintenance regularly. If the order was passed on a statement made by the learned 1/2

The Civil Application is rejected.

By way of last chance, the husband is granted time of two weeks to deposit of the entire arrears.
